This Privacy Policy explains how Eldos Tech LLC ("Eldos Tech", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit eldostech.com or use the Schemora platform (together, the "Services").

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, and the message you send.
• Customer data in the platform. When you use Schemora, you may upload schemas, queries, and documents. This content is processed to provide the Services and is governed by your customer agreement.
• Technical information. Basic information your browser sends — such as IP address and request metadata — used for security, rate limiting, and reliability.

3. How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries and to provide and operate the Services.
• To secure the Services, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
• To improve our products, and to communicate with you about your account or request.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following bases: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, under appropriate contractual safeguards, and where required by law. Our current sub-processors are Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides our cloud hosting, content delivery, and email delivery in the United States, and — only if you choose to accept cookies and play our embedded demo video — YouTube (Google LLC), which then serves that video. We otherwise use no advertising or analytics providers.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Demo and contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months from our last correspondence with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer data is retained according to your customer agreement.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email enterprise@eldostech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents as required by law.

10. Cookies & similar technologies

By default this website sets no non-essential cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The only browser storage we use is a single entry that remembers your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every visit — this is strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.

Our product demo video is embedded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and is loaded only after you select "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you select "Reject", the video is not loaded and no YouTube cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and place them behind the same consent.

11. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
